Use full names and formal titles

Do not use initials, spell out all names

Example:

Mr. and Mrs. George Robert

If children are under the age of eighteen include first names as follows

Example:

Mr. and Mrs. George Robert

Nicole and Zachary

If the entire family is invited and there are more than two children you may say, and family

Example:

Mr. and Mrs. George Robert

and Family

Note:

Do not use symbols. Spell out the word "and"

Use figures only when writing house numbers and zip codes. You may spell out a single digit number it you feel it looks better in your font.

Example:

Mr. and Mrs. George Robert

Nicole and Zachary

1205 Unruh Avenue

Second Example:

Mr. and Mrs. George Robert

One Wisteria Lane

Always write out the words: Steet, Boulevard, Avenue, Road, etc.

DO NOT ABBREVIATE STATE NAMES
