Helpful Tips When Planning Any Event

First, always start out with a well planned BUDGET. Never skimp on the FOOD, MUSIC OR PHOTOGRAPHER. The food and the music make the event and this is what people remember. And for you, when your special day is over, it's the photographs that are left to recapture those special memories.
Invitations should be mailed out 6 to8 weeks in advance. If there is a special holiday surrounding your event go with the 8 weeks. Sending save the date cards 6 to 8 months in advance is a good way to notify your out of town guests so special planning can be made for their hotel and travel arrangements.
